Return Policy
Returns:
If you need to return an item you have purchased please read our return policy carefully. Items not following the return guidelines will be declined. We hope you eagerly await your package and open it right away! While we hope you are always satisfied with your purchases, we know sometimes it just doesn’t work.
Due to limited quantities on many of our items please be sure to notify us immediately so we can help you find exactly what you want. We do not guarantee exchanges. If the item is no longer in stock we will issue a store credit within 7 business days and notify you via email.
Clothing:
All regular priced clothing purchases can be returned within 10 days of receiving your package. Clothing returns must be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free (i.e. Cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
Shoes:
Regular priced shoes can be returned within 10 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original shoe box and packaged as to protect the original box from being damaged.
Accessories & Sale Items:
All accessories, which includes jewelry, hats, handbags, and sunglasses or clothing items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Items purchased with a discount or coupon are still eligible for exchanges/store credit. However, your store credit will reflect the discounted price.
Refunds:
Those purchases meeting the return guidelines will receive store credit. Refunds are accepted for store credit only; and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are only provided on defected items. (see Defect Return Policy)
Defected Items:
We check each of our items as they are received and then again when we ship them to you, but if you receive a defected item you must notify Knox & Clover the same day you receive the item, along with a photo of the defect.
